It's funny, when the commenter for Link's art said they hoped Lance was coming soon (har har) I was a bit lost. Then I realized - I've actually been drawing Lance here and there... I just haven't been uploading any of them here.
DeviantArt is such a weird thing for me... I hold on to it like a tradition; can't give it up because it's something I've done for so long. But when it comes to actually follow through on the posting, I tend to waver. It's a tree in the woods thing. Does it matter if I post if there's no one there that cares? I feel like the 3 or 4 people that comment feel obligated, see. And so the answer I end up with is "sometimes." Sometimes I have the urge to go through with the motion and inflict that obligation and sometimes I don't.
Yeah, I'm feeling pretty adrift artistically.
Anyway... here's the most recent picture of Lance. I might dig up some others aaaaand I might not.
PS. My beloved scanner died and I'm still learning this one. Colors = wonky, but close.

I don't normaly comment either, but I have been following your work since your Dixeyland website, probably since 1998 or something close to it. I don't even remember how I found you, but I used to check your site all the time.
