Haha, I'm flooding you all with the same picture over and over. My bad.
The cool thing about being unemployed (when you don't care if you are or not, for a while, anyway) is that you have all kinds of time to do all those neat things you always wished you had time for. Things like coloring art that never should've been more than a sketch. So, yeah, I put in my Young Riders season 1 dvds... watched 12 of them in a row and diligently, badly, wrong-handedly mouse colored for no good reason alllllll daaaaaaaay. And enjoyed almost every minute of it.
There's also a version on my computer where Lance looks like he rolled around in mud, and I'm making wallpapers for my friend and likely for my website... in the future.
So, hey, my coloring sucks (not as badly as usual 'cuz I used *hellcorpceo's method for coloring the lines) but I like the picture anyway Odd how the random things tend to turn out best.
I give up. I'll take full responsibility for this one, and be completely, utterly, unrepentant in doing so
I'm still really geeked you put all six in a western motif and came out with six different results that not only fit each of the guys, but it still really does look like they could walk out of a saloon in an old western flick (well -- except maybe Lance, he's got this habit of modernizing ancient fashion trends ). I'm also really amused it's Keith of all people looks as though he were born & raised inland.
I love the background on this too, it's so minimal but still has an incredible amount of depth and subtle detail.
Lance has always been my favorite PK guy adn i love him the best in this pic! all of them look good but i like lance's outfit the best, he looks the most like a real cowboy! you are my hero!i love your style i've just recently got my own style down(my anime roots run so deep its crazy) i have always loved PK! keep up the great work!
They are the sex! Really. Rowr...man, one of these days I may have to draw some of my boys in cowboy getup. Love the colors on this hon, really really cool. It further serves to give them each even more individuality with your color choices. Mm...not to mention it makes me drool.
It's kinda weird to see the lines colored. Good weird. I noticed something was different from your other colored stuff, but I didn't realize it was the lines until I read your description. And I'm still offering to be a ranch hand if you ever get that dude ranch.
